Memorial Day Boot Camp Obstacle Course

Today’s Class was a blast!  Both 7am and 830am Teams did Amazing!!  The 3 kids that showed up today with their parents gave everything they had and never gave up. I was so proud of them…Shaurya, Ava, and Karlee, you all ROCK!  This was the WOD:

7 Stations around a Quarter Mile Course (10 reps of each exercise):

Station-1  Chest To Ground Burpee

Station-2 40 Yard Walking Lunge

Station-3 Ring Pull-ups (5 reps, jump and pull was allowed) or Suspension Inverted Rows (10 reps)

Station-4 Lateral Rope Jumps

Station-5 10 yard Suicide Sprints (10 reps)

Station-6 24 inch Box Jumps

Station-7 20 yard Bear Crawl

The leader completed 8 rounds in 35 minutes.  Most people including the kids completed 5-7 rounds.  🙂
