Fitness Image Results is proud to offer a great new program – Teen Sports Performance and Conditioning (SPC) Program – for teens ages 11-17. Improving on Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ), this program builds upon the foundation of strength, mobility and coordination. While learning and advancing fundamental movements for all sports, we will emphasize enhancing each athlete’s conditioning level through an intense focus on functional movement skills and proper body mechanics. Athletes will also learn how to take care of their bodies with advanced regeneration and recovery methods to heal fast after intense exercise, practice, or game. In addition each athlete will be taught corrective exercises through NASM’s corrective exercise curriculum to influence better movement and be a well balanced athlete. These techniques help prevent injuries that occur from overactive and underactive muscle imbalances.
The Teen SPC program is currently offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Brambleton Corner Clubhouse. You can register your teen for the Teen SPC program by purchasing one of the products below.
