A challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. The program focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout.
