FIR Boot Camp Program
(Ages 15+) A challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. The program focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout. What makes our program unique and successful is that every single day is different! Every week is different! Every month is different!
- Morning classes meet from 7:15AM-8:15AM, Monday through Friday
- 6:00AM class starting soon!
Class meets at 8200 Lewinsville Road, right off the intersection with Spring Hill Road in McLean, VA. We meet in the back parking lot to the left of the building.
