FIR Boot Camp Program
(Ages 15+) A challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. The program focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout. What makes our program unique and successful is that every single day is different! Every week is different! Every month is different!
- The morning classes meet from 5:45AM-6:45AM, Monday through Thursday
- The evening class meets from 6:00PM-7:00PM on Monday and Wednesday
- The full-time option includes 16 classes per month
- The part-time option includes 8 classes per month
The class meets out in front of the Atlanta Bread Company in Dulles Town Crossing.
