Offered Programs and Details:

FIR Boot Camp Program
(Ages 15+) A challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. The program focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout. What makes our program unique and successful is that every single day is different! Every week is different! Every month is different!

Enrollment Options:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

  • 5:30am-6:30am
    • Full-Time (12 classes)
    • Part-Time (8 classes)
  • 8:00am-9:00am
    • Full-Time (12 classes)
    • Part-Time (8 classes)
  • 9:30am-10:30am
    • Full-Time (12 classes)
    • Part-Time (8 classes)

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • 5:30am-6:30am (8 Classes)
  • 7:00pm-8:00pm (8 Classes)

5 Day Add-On-for Only $50/Month (Add-on option only for current clients already enrolled)

Fitness for Boomers Program

(Ages 55 +)  This total body workout is a great way for active adults to get started with strength training or continue improving their fitness level. The exercises focus on building total body strength with an emphasis on improving balance, stability and flexibility.  This is a total body workout to give you the max fat & calorie burn while building strength. Regardless of your fitness level, all are encouraged to join this program.
