You will have your own journal where you can keep notes, enter your weight and log items like your daily water consumption, stress, motivation etc. If you are a regular exerciser and log monthly fitness metrics for yourself (e.g. the number of pushups you can do, a timed two mile run, and/or the number of situps you can complete in two minutes), you can also track them in this section as well. Monitor these entries over time and see how these entries were related to your daily food intake and activity levels.
