- Equipment must be in unused condition and be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Unwanted equipment, if returned via mail delivery, must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery to the customer.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Customers may bring returns to any Potomac River Running retail store. Hand delivered returns must be made within 10 days of delivery to the customer.
- There will be a $15.00 restocking fee per returned item.
- Defective items must be returned to Potomac River Running within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
- Potomac River Running, at it's sole discretion, will make all final determinations as to whether or not items are defective.
- Upon receiving defective items, Potomac River Running will replace them with like merchandise.
Supplements: - We will gladly refund any unopened and/or unused products up to 90 days from purchase date when accompanied by your receipt.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any open or expired product.
- All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee up to a $25 maximum.
