Fitness Image Results has been successful by the continued support of the surrounding community. Therefore, we believe strongly that as a fitness service provider, we have a responsibility to our community and to people throughout the country to constantly give back. Here are some of our efforts into getting that done.
Boot Camp Master Class
What is Boot Camp Master Class? The best workout you've ever had! Master Class is a 1.5 hour workout (7:00am - 8:30am), held on a Saturday once a month, that will add exhilaration to your weekend while giving an extra boost to the results reaped from your regular fitness routine. It affords you additional progress towards meeting your fitness goals, or will get your exercise routine jump started again! Master Class is open to anyone, and everyone is encouraged to join in on the fun. By partnering with local businesses, a monthly Breakfast Sponsor will provide a light post-exercise breakfast after each class, providing you a venue to stick around and socialize with your fellow comrades or meet new people who share a similar passion for exercise. Ordinarily, the price of a Boot Camp Master Class (well below actual value) is $15.00 for the 1.5 hour session. HOWEVER, through what we call "Strategic Philanthropy", we select a charity every month and ask people to donate to that charity in lieu of paying to attend the Boot Camp Master Class. Fitness Image Results' Annual Blood Drive
Started in 2005, FIR began an initiative to support the American Red Cross to replenish its dangerously low blood supply in the Gulf Coast region. FIR, along with Arlington, Virginia's strongest community leaders come together every year to assist in a vital campaign to help buffer the continued devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. There are still many people in need of blood donations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, and you can help! Click here to make sure you receive announcements about this vital campaign.
School, Church, and Community Group Support
We budget thousands of dollars every year to donate equipment, services, literature, time and effort to schools, community groups, and churches throughout the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area and overseas in order to help spread the word of exercise, fitness and health.
