While we get numerous emails containing laudatory praise about our services, we have listed a few comments below that seem to echo the sentiments of many. Boot Camp for Women: - "The FIR team truly cares about their members. I've been a client of theirs since 2001 and have been recommending their programs since the day I started! They not only take interest in their clients' fitness goals, they teach us the importance of health, exercise and diet as a combined lifestyle change to become healthier. - "After having two childern, 11 (second born) to 13 (first born) years ago the "baby fat" is still hanging around. After a co-worker mentioned about her work out during boot camp, I decided to tag along and see what it really was like. I made it through a demo class, barely, but i really enjoyed myself and wanted to do something positive for myself. Boot Camp for Men: - "A superb workout 5 days a week with what feels like a personal trainer in a group environment. No two days are alike and your entire person is put to the test physically and mentally. I've never made progress at such a rate and short period of time. I can't think of a better way to start the day. The trainers are totally dedicated and thoroughly knowledgeable in getting you to accomplish your best." - L. W.
- "I just got home from Boot Camp and am juiced up on an endorphin high but wanted to drop you a line. I've never considered myself a 'runner' (and still don't) but for as long as I can remember, I've been an 8 min/mile slogger. After last month's 2 mile run and this morning's fun, I just have to thank you for really getting me to a new level which at age almost 40, I never thought I'd be. I've said it before but your enthusiasm and motivation is unbelievable and to have as many guys out as we do in the middle of winter is a testament to that.
