What is Boot Camp? Basic Training for a Healthy Life!

It is:

  • An outdoor program, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 7:00am.

Boot Camp for Women® participants hail from all walks of life, but they have one thing in common; they all love the program! Boot Camp gives them something that other exercise programs or the gym can't - the motivation and results they are looking for. It is, by far, the best and certainly most entertaining way to get into the best shape of your life!

The Boot Camp for Women® Program is a challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. Each class consists of a highly structured and unique workout that will bust your butt! This program can give you the results you are looking for, regardless of your body type, age, or conditioning level.

The types of things the program focuses on is strength training, cardiovascular training, and we love working your abs and core. We also focus on flexibility and stretching in each workout. One great thing about this program is that every single day is different, every week is different, and every month is different! We will constantly be throwing a new and different stimulus at your body so that it will constantly try to adapt to what you are doing and thereby preventing you from ever staying on a "plateau" in your fitness. We will start you out at your current conditioning level and then help you steadily progress from there. As long as you can stand upright and walk, you are good to go and you will be able to succeed in this program!
