What is Boot Camp? Basic Training for a Healthy Life!

It is:

  • An outdoor program, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 7:00am.
  • Motivation from a trained instructor who will guide you and help take your fitness to a whole new level.
  • A team of others that will challenge you to better fitness and for you to strive to do your best.

Boot Camp for Men® participants all come from varying levels of fitness and conditioning. However, they all end up having one thing in common - they all see and feel phenomenal results! Boot Camp gives them something that other exercise programs or the gym can't - a break from the ordinary and a structure that will give them the results they have been looking for. It is, by far, the best and certainly most entertaining way to get into the best shape of your life!

The Boot Camp for Men® Program is a challenging program that focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle size and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. Each class consists of a highly structured and unique workout that will maximize your time while resculpting your body! This program can give you the results you are looking for, regardless of your body type, age, or conditioning level.

The type of things the program focuses on is strength training, cardiovascular training, and strengthening and stabilizing your abdominal area and core. We also focus on flexibility and stretching in each workout. One great thing about this program is that every single day is different, every week is different, and every month is different! We will constantly be throwing a new and different stimulus at your body so that it will constantly try to adapt to what you are doing and thereby preventing you from ever staying on a "plateau" in your fitness. We will start you out at your current conditioning level and then help you steadily progress from there. This program is for you, regardless of where your body is at right now!
