Want to try something completely different for your fitness? Try our Amphibious Boot Camp Program! We have combined both the pool environment and the great outdoors into a structured workout guaranteed to take your fitness to another level!

This program has gained immense popularity over the years. Taught by seasoned athletes and fitness professionals who know their way around the water and land, this program is designed to approach your fitness and exercise in a completely different way.

CLASSES AND STRUCTURE:
Classes meet 5 days per week, 6:00am - 7:00am. Mon/Wed/Fri are usually dry land days, and Tues/Thurs are usually in the pool. There are days where you will do both on the same day!

WHEN:
Arlington, VA - Donaldson Run Pool. Classes run June (Session #6) through September (Session #9). Check the "The Details" page for Start/Stop dates of each Boot Camp session.

COST:
Arlington, VA - Donaldson Run Pool (NOTE: Members of the Donaldson Run Association pool receive a priority in registering for this program as well as a discount). $139/session for members (PROOF REQUIRED), $159/session for non-members

Registration is done for an initial term of three sessions (Session #6, #7, and #8), and your enrollment will automatically continue for you for Session #9 and then stop and the end of the season. Standard backbill rates apply if you cancel within the time frame of the initial 3-session term. Please read the Terms and Conditions page carefully when registering. Registration is done through our Online Registration System.

ALREADY A BOOT CAMPER?
If you are already registered in either the Boot Camp for Women or Boot Camp for Men programs when the Amphibious Boot Camp program season starts, you may transfer your enrollment to the other site and your rate will adjust accordingly (member or non-member, pertains to Donaldson Run pool only) from whatever it is just for those sessions, and then drops back down after the classes are over and you transfer back to your regular site.
